And considering, we were working with Kesha 6 months before she inked her deal and a good 12 months before she had a single out. Considering i’ve got an ear like a fucking hit magnet. Yes. I said it. Recently we had a brief encounter with our favorite rock & roll band; Dirty Penny. Dirty Penny, if you’re un familiar, is this generations saving grace for rock & roll, all midm-twenties these guys are set to blow in the near future. It also helps a bit that they’re managed by Fourteen 39 (you all know who that is..) so, long story short, The guys were in Sacramento shooting photos with Joint Medias for their upcoming album and re-launch of the website. Check out a few and stay tuned for their new album coming this september..

Heartless - Cover - The Fray

I bought a flipcam today so I will be posting videos which I am stoked on. I just got back from Santa Barbara where Jahan and I had a meeting with Dirty Penny on their next album release and kicked it with the crew during their show Friday night. We had a good, dope crew kicking it, Eddie from theradreport.com, Jahan, Myself, Max Hodges from TMZ and, of course, dirty penny - we did some day drinking saturday and then went to this festival deal in Santa Barbara where the rebelution boys played, caught the cool kids set and ludacris. We the proceeded to shut down the marley house in Santa barbara on del playa - i think i drank enough for a month….but it was well worth it

all in all, a great weekend. I am way stoked on this flip cam, stay tuned for some videos moving forward! Off to Chico this weekend, whos coming with me?

Damn we’re good. Yes, we told you about Chester French 9 months ago and god damn, can we pat ourselves on the back here? These guys are doing exactly what we predicted they would, running game. Not only have they toured the god damn world already, theyre about to finally release their long-awaited record.

So, I was reading a comment posted about an article saying how this person (we’ll just call him Jordan) was concerned that this site was reminding him of a consumer reports magazine as of late. He brought up an older post about an open forum of guests guessing where Jahan (the Kosher Kannon) would contract his first STD on tour. Allegedly he came back clean. This made me laugh. It also got me thinking, as fate would have it our curly haired friend is about to embark on tour number two. This time he will be on a tour bus instead of an RV which in my mind means he will have a greater chance of scoring a sweet venereal disease. So it’s time to bring it back, it’s a little game that is similar to “Where in the World is, Carmen San Diego?”, this game is called “Which city will the Kosher Kannon ignore common sense and possibly United States Law, and get what is coming to him?”. We all know the rules, take a look at the tour schedule and make your guess. Guess early and guess often!
